WHO needS PLEY?

PLEY is needed by any business that cares about their customer experience (CX).  Customer experience is something that many businesses either overlook, or just fail to take the time to analyze.

Are beacons included?

PLEY is integrated with optional iBeacons.  The beacon technology can be integrated with any Mobile Application.  The beacons are not included, and will need to be purchased from us at a price of $25/location.  The battery life is anywhere from 2-4 years.

HOW ARE BEACONS USED?

Beacons are used to trigger a notification when the customer leaves the store.  PLEY is able to deliver any type of custom message or offer to your customers mobile devices, even when the app is closed.  The notification is great to ask them to take 5 seconds to leave a review.  With PLEY's easy-to-use customized interface (swiping images, clicking etc), leaving feedback is a) fun and b) easy for the customer.

HOW LONG IS SETUP?

Average setup is anywhere from 1 business day to 10 business days and depends on these factors:

  1. how many brands and locations are we setting up?
  2. are we migrating any data from review sites, comment cards, etc?
  3. are we integrating with loyalty programs?
  4. are we integrating with mobile apps?
  5. are we integrating with website contact us page?
  6. are we doing custom design?
  7. are we implementing beacons?
  8. is there a customized internal audit form that will be used?

CAN WE STOP USING YELP AND OTHER SERVICES AFTER PLEY?

No, PLEY will never replace Yelp and other online review sites.  PLEY is here simply to allow a) you to make better decisions with the private data you receive and b) review sites like Yelp to get less attention, because you're letting your customers know they can review you privately with PLEY.
